If you are able to clear the arrears, your lender will stop action. The funds must arrive before an eviction is due to take place.
If you are able to afford the mortgage payment, plus an extra amount each month, you can offer to clear the arrears over a period of time. Your lender can consider any proposal that you make.
If you are unable to pay the full arrears or offer a payment proposal, please still contact us. There may be other options available.
