The SFS is a universal tool to summarise a person's income and outgoings, along with any debts they owe. It provides a single format for financial statements and is recognised by a large number of debt advice providers and creditors.
Where our form is completed, this can be shared with other organisations, avoiding the need to complete numerous income and expenditure forms.
Equally, if you have already completed an SFS with another organisation, there is no need to complete this form. Instead, please provide us with this form, together with your proposals for payment for us to review.
